Inligting oor die regstatus van tuisonderwys in Suid-Afrika wat deur die media en staatsamptenare verskaf word is dikwels verwarrend vir ouers. Die doel van hierdie artikel om die regsstatus van tuisonderwys in Suid-Afrika te verduidelik met verwysings na bronne sodat ouers die feite vir hulleself kan verifieer. The regsituasie is dat internasionale reg, die Suid-Afrikaanse grondwet en die SA Skolewet voorsiening maak daarvoor dat kinders geregistreer kan word vir onderwys tuis....
