Reply from the German embassy to a letter from the Association in 2006, where the German embassy confirms that : "The public has a legitimate interest in countering the rise of parallel societies that are based on religion or motivated by different world views and in integrating minorities into the population as a whole."

Reply to letter by Association on parental rights in Sweden and the Johansson case. The Swedish government is of the opinion that "the recently proposed amendment cannot be seen to contravene Sweden’s international obligations."

The German government justifies the persecution of homeschooling families on the basis that "The public has a legitimate interest in countering the rise of parallel societies ..." On the other hand however, the German embassy is promoting parallel societies in South Africa by supporting German schools. The Association asked the German embassy for an explanation. The Pestalozzi Trust receives a reply to a letter that the Pestalozzi Trust wrote on 6th September 2010 from Donald Grant, the DA minister of education in the Western Cape. The reply was dated 27th October 2012, but the Pestalozzi Trust only received this letter on 11 August 2014.

After the Western Cape Education Department published information on there website, which required Home Educators to follow CAPS, Anelle Burger wrote a letter to the leadership of the Democratic Alliance. This letter was answered by the MEC for Education in the Western Cape, Debbie Schafer.
